  2. Modifications (a) The Customer acknowledges that some modifications and installations of Goods, including suspension kit heights, may result in the Customer's Vehicle being illegal to operate for road use in a State or Territory of Australia. (b) The Customer confirms that they have investigated the legality of specific Goods, including suspension kit heights, with the relevant transport authority of their State or Territory. (c) The Customer indemnifies and holds Profender harmless from any claims arising from the legality or otherwise of Goods installed or modified by Profender.

  3. Rubber Bushes (a) Profender uses Genuine Original Equipment (OE) bushes in our suspension components where possible. If Genuine OE bushes cannot be sourced, we will supply bushes of equivalent quality. (b) Please note that vehicle manufacturers such as Nissan Australia and Toyota Australia have provisions in their warranties that no bush will be covered when installed in an ‘aftermarket’ suspension component or a ‘lifted’ vehicle. (c) Profender offers a 3-month warranty on Genuine OE bushes and a 6-month warranty on Profender bushes supplied and fitted to our suspension components. Profender bushes are 100% made in Australia and have consistently outlasted Genuine OE bushes in our testing. (d) Please be aware that Profender products may be supplied with either style of bushings, depending on availability from manufacturers and batch variations. The warranties apply to all associated components and will be valid from the initial purchase date. These warranties cover bush failure due to manufacturing defects but do not cover abuse or overflexing of rubber bushes beyond common use.

  4. Making a Warranty Claim To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must first complete our warranty form, which can be requested after emailing us info@oceania.autos. The Customer must then return the Goods to Profender and provide a written statement or email outlining the issue or defect in sufficient detail for Profender and/or the Manufacturer to investigate the claim. This Warranty Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions.
